Integrations widget

The Integrations widget provides access to the integrations that a digital workplace has purchased. These widgets enhance a workplace by adding the functionality of third-party applications to any Page or Space. After selecting a widget, its properties must then be configured from within the Integrations widget.

Contact your Customer Success Manager or email the Customer Success Team to add an integration to your digital workplace.

Google Calendar List View	View, create, edit, and delete Google Calendar events. Calendar events are displayed in a list.
Google Calendar Week View	View, create, edit, and delete Google Calendar events. Calendar events are displayed for a selected week.
Google Calendar Month View	View, create, edit, and delete Google Calendar events. Calendar events are displayed for a selected month.
Google Drive	View and interact with folders and files in personal or team Google Drives.
Azure AD Org Chart List View	View and browse the organization's members. The organizational structure is displayed in a tree diagram.
Azure AD Org Chart Tree View	View and browse the organization's members. The organizational structure is displayed in expandable lists.
Workday Org Chart List View	View and browse the organization's members. The organizational structure is displayed as a list.

Salesforce Activities	Manage activities associated with a Salesforce opportunity or lead
Salesforce Chatter	View, and create Chatter posts.
Salesforce Forecasts	View a chart comparing the actual and target amount for each forecast category in your opportunity pipeline.
Salesforce Lead Conversions	View the number of leads that have been converted into opportunities.
Salesforce Leaderboard	View top sales earners, recent trends in their activity and both total and average closed won sales.
Salesforce My Activities	Manage personal Salesforce activities
Salesforce Notes and Attachments	View, add notes, and add attachments to Salesforce opportunities.
Salesforce Pipeline	View a chart that compares actual vs. target amounts for each stage in the opportunity pipeline.
Salesforce Pipeline - Overview	View a summary of the value of deals at various stages in the sales pipeline.
Salesforce Search Opportunities	Search for existing opportunities in a Salesforce instance, and view any notes, attachments or activities associated with it.
ServiceNow	View and create ServiceNow tickets.

Unified Search	Search Igloo, Office 365 SharePoint (Online with support for Cloud Hybrid Search), Google Team Drive, Box, ServiceNow, and Dropbox file repositories.

Zendesk My Requests	View current and closed tickets from a connected Zendesk domain.

Configuration options

Options tab

The Options tab is where a specific integration is selected and configured. Its configuration fields include:

• Title: Displays the entered text above the integration.
• Title link: Makes the Title clickable, and causes navigation to the entered URL.
• Description: Displays the entered text below the title and above the widget contents.
• Integration Library selector: Select what Integration Library is being displayed. Most integrations are found in the Igloo Integration Library or the Marketplace Integration Library.
• Available Integrations: Displays a selectable list of all available widgets that reside in the selected Integrations Library.
• Specific Integration Configuration Options: Displays additional configuration options for the selected integration. These options vary by integration and are only displayed once an integration has been selected from the Integration Library.

Layout tab

The Layout tab is not used for the integrations widget. All of an integration's configuration options are found on the Options tab.

Appearance tab

The Appearance tab allows you to alter the appearance of the Integration widget. Avoid using the provided options in favor of controlling the appearance using workplace-wide CSS. The Class text field should be used to make targeting a widget with CSS easier. 

Setting up the Integrations widget

1. Place the Integrations widget on a Page or Space in the digital workplace.
2. Click the Edit button in the upper-right corner of the widget to configure it.
3. Select an Integration Library, and click the widget that you want to use.  
   • Faded widgets have not been purchased for your digital workplace. Select them to begin the process of adding that widget to your service package.
4. Configure the selected widget. These options will vary depending on what widget is being set up. Refer to that widget's documentation to learn more about its available options.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I need to log into the widget?

Each service requires independent authentication as a part of maintaining their own security.

Can I use Igloo to search the integrated services?

All the data displayed in the integrations widget is kept and secured by the providers of the service. Igloo search has no access to that information. However, the integrations have built-in search features wherever the service provider has made it possible.
