Requirements

• Your digital workplace uses Igloo Authentication. Contact your Administrator for instructions on how to change your password if your digital workplace uses SSO or LDAP Auth.  

1. Login to your digital workplace.
2. Click your name on the Userbar.
3. Select Profile from the User Menu.
4. Click Edit Profile.
5. Select Login Settings from underneath "Edit Profile - Personal".
   • If you don't see Login Settings your digital workplace does not use Igloo Authentication. You will not be able to reset your password this way. Contact your administrator for instructions on how to change your password. 
6. Enter your current password in the provided text box.
7. Enter your new password in the provided text boxes.
   • Your password must be at least 6 characters long.
8. Click "Change Password" to apply this change.

1. Navigate to your digital workplace's Sign In page.
2. Click the "Forgot your password?" link located underneath the password text box.
3. Enter the email address associated with your Igloo Account in the provided text box.
4. Click "Submit" to send a password reset email to the provided email address.
   • If after clicking "Submit" the message "Forgot Password Failure" is displayed, your digital workplace does not use Igloo Authentication. You will not be able to reset your password this way. Contact your administrator for instructions on how to change your password. 
5. Keep an eye out for this email to appear in your inbox.
   • Check your trash and spam folder in case the email ends up there.
6. Click the "Reset Password" button located at the bottom of the email.
   • This link is valid for 24 hours after being sent.
7. Enter your new password in the provided text boxes.
   • Your password must be at least 6 characters long.
8. Click "Submit" to apply this change.
