A new interface for adding and sorting your bookmarks. 

We all have important content that we access on a regular basis. Making it easier to manage and find that content is the goal of bookmarks. Bookmarks can be saved privately, as My Bookmarks, or across your network, as Workplace Bookmarks, surfacing valuable resources for others. Alongside a fresh user interface, My Bookmarks can now be sorted in alphabetical order, by time (oldest to newest and newest to oldest) or based on a custom order that you determine. Administrators can add or edit bookmarks available across the organization within the Workplace Bookmarks section. Some users may be unable to edit or delete existing bookmarks. This will be resolved with the following release.

Updates to the Links Widget for user navigation. 

The Links Widget is a tool for aggregating important links on a page or space. These links can be to content inside or outside your digital workplace. On edit, you’ll see two layout options: Default and Individual. The Default layout allows you to maintain existing Links Widget customizations without having to reconfigure the widget. There are no new options in this view. All existing widgets have been converted to the Default layout. The Individual layout introduces two new views: List and Bar, both of which provide a series of styling options for formatting your links. In the List view, you can configure a list of links and style them using attributes like arrow style, lines between links, number of columns and number of results. In the bar view, you can choose to configure a list of links with a different set of styling options such as border or fill, while selecting the appropriate brand colors.

Customizing hint text in widgets: Add Button and Search. 

Many organizations apply a unique tone, voice, and taxonomy to their digital workplace. To that end, we’ve extended the number of places you can customize hint text. The Add Button Widget gives users the ability to add content to any channel (that you configure) from a page or space. Default text will indicate the content type, while custom text gives you the ability to further personalize the experience. The Search Widget gives users the ability to search specific content types and locations from a page or space. Default text will indicate the location and filter information, while custom text gives you the ability to further personalize the experience.

More dynamic layouts for blog content.

The Blog Article Widget is used to aggregate and display articles from one or more channels on a page or space. Publishers can now create more visually engaging layouts for news and announcements by selecting show alternating images. Under Layout, select the full view and image position of beside. The variation in display will draw the reader’s eye, which can contribute to greater click-through on content. 

Usability improvements: click on an image to view the full Blog Article.

When viewing blog articles, users need easy access to the full view of the blog article. In the Blog Widget, images displayed beside or inline are now hyperlinked so that you can more easily access the full article. 

Usability improvements: view the details of a Wiki Article more easily.

When configuring the Wiki Article Widget, administrators can now select the “Show View Article Details” option which will display a link at the bottom of the widget. The link allows users to navigate to the full view of the wiki article without having to click on the title. This provides publishers with the option to remove the title, without removing the ability for a user to access the full view of the article.

SharePoint people search in the Multi-Service Search Widget.

The Multi-Service Search Widget provides a central location to search for content across Igloo and other third-party content repositories. The SharePoint configuration options now support People search. Just like in the native Office 365 experience, you can search files, folders, events, tasks, contacts, SharePoint sites, and now people. Introducing a capability to locate experts that may not be part of your digital workplace, but are members of the overall organization.

• 658 - Archiving a file from the folder view redirects the user to that object. 
• 903 - Language preference toggle is not visible in the enterprise administration panel.

• 6033 - Updated error messages when incorrectly moving a Space in the Site Manager.
