Launching Customer Care’s New Awards Calendar
Every year, organizations worldwide host award ceremonies to recognize the accomplishments of businesses just like yours. We wanted to take some of the work out of hunting these opportunities down, so have added a new Awards Calendar to the Events Center in the Community area of Customer Care. Here you can track upcoming award opportunities, submission start dates, and deadlines. You can follow this calendar and specific events to receive reminders as opportunities are added or updated (bottom left of the page).
Feature Voting in the Ideation Portal
Check out the Product Zone to submit and vote on Igloo ideas. The Product team uses these insights to inform the roadmap for development - here are a few favorites check out:

Community Collaboration Webinar - Time for Some Spring Cleaning!
We covered a Spring Cleaning exercise in collaboration with The Keg, highlighting the various reports available to inform decision making and giving us some insight into the thought process involved in enabling a customer to make these changes.

Announced in February, Jim Tigwell takes a deep dive into the end of Internet Explorer and what it could mean for your business. Microsoft is ending support for IE in August, in favour of their new Edge browser. We'll follow suit.
April 2021 Product Release
We have a light update this month that includes a GIPHY terms of service link and bug fixes with that reminder that we are sunsetting Internet Explorer support as of June 1, 2021 in line with Microsoft's recommendations. Find the full list in the post.
