In a digital workplace, your members are your audience, and video can be a great way to reach them. It can be easier to follow than text, illustrate exactly what you need, and personalizes the message more than an article. Whether it's a screenshare, a face to face video, or a mix of both, it can be incredibly useful to give your members the information they need.

Workflow Content

You can walk members through a particular workflow, illustrating the steps directly, and answering any questions along the way. For instance, adding the hide class to a Tips & Tricks post is how I sneak the icon into the Blog Article widget without displaying it in the article. 

Helpdesk Content

In addition to workflows, you can provide more general how tos to introduce fundamentals of your Igloo. This can be incredibly useful for onboarding new members, especially Space Administrators, who often have the least guidance when learning the ins and outs of their particular areas. 

Social Content

Social content reminds you that your digital workplace is full of people, which is especially important when we're all remote. It's fun, and can be part of a vibrant culture that encourages people to have a good time and show a bit of themselves in your site. 

Use a mix of these to shake up your content, provide valuable resources, and build engagement in your Igloo.
