Workplace Analytics during a Crisis
Good morning Igloo Community,
Around the globe, we have all be affected by the current crisis - and we have been relying heavily on our Igloos to communicate and collaborate with our employees. This Igloo Community has been a source of information as well, for you, our Igloo Customers.
I spent some time this morning looking at Workplace Analytics in Customer Care, curious to see the effect of the pandemic on Activity in the last four weeks. Quick Summary of What I've Found:
- As we utilize mainly forums in the site, that is the focus. They've increased almost four-fold in the last four weeks! This shows that the Igloo Community comes together to share best practices for using Igloo to deal with this crisis.
- In the last four weeks alone, we've added 102 new customer members. This is an unprecedented increase in membership, and I believe it's due to more of your team members needing to understand how to use Igloo to benefit your own organizations.
- Top content in the entire Igloo Community during the last four weeks was the Business Continuity During COVID-19 Community Discussion. Not surprising, due to its relevance today. This is the first time that Community Discussion has beat a Product Release in popularity.
What this means is this: The Igloo Community, and your input is valuable. So keep coming back.

Great insights Chelsey Louzeiro! I do expect that others will notice spikes in the usage of these collaborative tools as well - I look forward to seeing what others have to share.
It's especially interesting to look at the Google Analytics / Sessions by Device. As more members work remotely I'm sure we will all see spikes in mobile usage!
