Anyone Else Experiencing a "Wipe" of Their Blog Post when Saving Draft?
Over the last several months, and completely at random, my blog posts have been completely deleted when I select "save draft". It wipes the entire page clean like I never input anything. Igloo has been unable to solve, as I need to do a network trace in order to "catch" the issue - which can be challenging when you're trying to do things quickly. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hey Kelli Panepinto did you report this to support? If not we will get someone on it for you.
I have not experienced this myself, but I'll check if there are any tickets.

Brian McIlravey I've been working with Emma in Igloo Support for about two months on the issue. The problem is that it cannot be resolved until I'm able to record it in a Network Trace - not an easy thing to do when you're moving quickly and just trying to get communications out. I cast this net to see if others were experiencing the same issue.
Hey Kelli Panepinto ..yup, totally get it. Talked to Doina Plesoianu on it this am as well and went through the tickets. We'll keep this net open as I would like to know as well.
I've had this same issue, too, the last few months and have reported it to Support, too. It happened just last week.
Hi folks,
I just wanted to comment on this issue. The support team has been unable to reproduce and in order to troubleshoot further, we need a network trace to gather how the browser and platform are failing to communicate. I've included the directions on how to run a Network Trace in the hopes that someone can replicate this and provide the info.

Not sure if this is related, but if I embed a video with an iframe, as soon as I hit publish, I get a blank (entirely white) browser page returned to me. Happens with 100% consistency. If I refresh, then it loads properly.
Karen Rogers Woah, haven't had that happen. Run a Network Trace if you can!
What if the article wipe-out happened on and off? Couldn't really perform a network trace if it's not consistently happening?
My colleagues and I had been experiencing this problem from time-to-time, but when they reported to me, the drafts / scheduled posts were already gone and couldn't be traced. What should we do in such scenarios? I would very much like to keep this from happening again to keep the users happier.
Ashley Thomma, thank you for surfacing this. I can't even begin to describe how thankful we are for everyone posting and we do recognize just how frustrating this is. It's insanely frustrating for us too and we are still trying to conquer this issue.
Tom Ryan for sure! We all kind of joke around about here at this point because it's the elusive thing we cannot seem to nail down no matter how hard we all try! It is frustrating, but it's by no lack of effort on any end. We'll continue to try in hopes that we'll get it figured out one of these times!
Ashley Thomma, We feel the same here! The issue happens randomly and could not be solved, and its frequency has even seen increasing recently!
