When troubleshooting issues in your digital workplace with the Igloo Support team, they will often ask you to provide them with a network trace. For this trace to be effective, you must have your browser's monitoring tools open while you repeat the action that is causing an issue. Once you have captured and exported a network trace with your browser, you can attach the trace file to your communications with the Igloo Support team.
