Capturing a network trace
Overview
When troubleshooting issues in your digital workplace with the Igloo Support team, they will often ask you to provide them with a network trace. For this trace to be effective, you must have your browser's monitoring tools open and configured properly while you repeat the action leading to the issue you are experiencing. Once you have captured and exported a network trace with your browser, you can attach the trace file to your communications with the Igloo Support team.
