Analytics of our COVID-19 Resources
We have created a COVID-19 resource page on our Igloo that houses our Blog articles regarding the topic, resource links and documents. We want to find out some analytics in regards to things like daily page views, what’s being clicked on, how many downloads per day, etc. Really, analytics in general at this point.
I think it’s more to show how this brand new spun up resource has been received (and used) by our network and just to get general analytics behind it. What are you all measuring to show usage and value and also which PowerBI templates are you using to get the analytics you are looking for?
Are there analytics that aren't currently out there that could help all of us when it comes to things we haven’t thought about that would be good to report out? Anything you can provide me as far as ideas and/or solutions to analytics would be fantastic.

Brad Rooke I'm adding you here as I know this is something you're looking at currently. Great post Rob Howell
Hi Rob, great discussion! I've been experimenting with this a bit, and the first thing I've found is that given the immediacy of a lot of this information, it's hard to establish a trend just yet - but we can look at the numbers for sure. One of the things I first ask is - what exactly are we looking to measure here? Is it the reach of certain content to your user base? The effectiveness of crisis communications? Or is it simply raw numbers?
What I've found so far;
As this crisis runs its course, we'll start to see more month-to-month trending within these sources. I'll certainly update as I discover more options, but that's what I've found presently.
Hi Rob Howell,
As discussed yesterday, using the KPI sample around Communication from our playbook may also help drive the strategies behind successful crisis communication management.
Please check out Communications Key Performance Indicators sample and let me know if this helps.
Thanks,

Rob Howell - Diana May recently posted an article, which I think may aid in this discussion. Check out Workplace Analytics during a Crisis, and let me know what you think!
Hey Rob Howell ...I am just getting caught up after being away. Wanted to check in on this. I was pleased to see you where able to easily spin up a page for this (as many customers have) and your feedback on its use/impact and how it created any awareness would be appreciated. Many customers who have Igloo do not use all functions equally (comms, collab, KM, social) so many were in great shape to use it as a Comms tool readily, some were not. I would be very interested in your continued feedback here.
