Issue

Some users can't see files, folders, or folder contents in a folder channel, while others can.

Resolution

Verify that the users who can't see the files or folders have at least Read access to them. For more information, see Access Rules.

If users do have access, make sure that the files, folders, or folder contents are not hidden. For more information, see Hiding or unhiding files, folders, and folder contents.
