Permanent action

You cannot recover any previous Points and Status information after you complete a reset.

How to reset Points and Status

Steps

1. Click the Control Panel cog () on the Userbar.
2. Under Membership, select Points and Status.
3. In the confirmation window, click Ok.
4. Click Reset All.
