Exporting the member list

From the Manage Members page, Workplace and Enterprise Administrators can download a CSV file containing a list of all current digital workplace members. This file also contains profile field and group membership information for each member. Exporting your Member List can be useful in evaluating profile field completion rates and as part of the bulk upload process.

How to export the member list


  1. Click the Cog on the Userbar to access the Control Panel.
  2. Select Manage Members from the Control Panel.
  3. Click the Export Member List button.

Results of exporting the member list

After clicking the Export Member List button, your browser will begin to download the CSV file containing the member list. Open this file using software such as Microsoft Excel.
