What Is The Igloo Marketplace?
The Igloo Marketplace is our "app store". It's your one stop shop for extending, integrating and maintaining your Igloo Digital Workplace.
App stores are not a new idea- even Apple’s IOS Appstore – which launched in July 2008 with the release of the iPhone 3G wasn’t the first – that honor belongs to one launched by NeXT in 1992.Our marketplace was among the first within the Intranet as a Service industry, and we're quite proud of that- we launched marketplace at our annual Igloo Experience Conference (ICE) in 2018.
We realized that our customers needed somewhere they could go to see what options were available for their digital workplace. It’s our App Store.
It’s where we showcase “The Art Of The Possible” for our customers.
What’s in The Igloo Marketplace?
We have over 100 solutions, integrations, services and modules available to customers in the Igloo Marketplace.
These include preconfigured templates specifically engineered to solve common business challenges and accelerate customer’s time to value, pre-built connectors for third party tools – such as Microsoft, Slack, Zendesk, Service Now, Salesforce and many others and services we offer such as migration from other platforms, training, evolving your Digital Workplace, design, additional support packages and much more.
We also have integrations that are built by our amazing third party development partners, including integrations for Jotform and. Bonus.ly, and enhancements such as the Mosaic widget.
How are they created? Where do they come from?
When an integration, solution or module is created for the marketplace, it’s rigorously tested by our internal experts prior to release. This helps us ensure the quality you expect from Igloo for your Digital Workplace.
What is The Igloo Developer Program?
Igloo’s Developer Program allows customers and partners to extend their Digital Workplace to best suit their needs – it’s how customers who need something that we don’t already have in the marketplace. You can build your own widget for your digital workplace. We can provide you with all the tools you need to build your own widget, so you can enable your user’s workflows.
Subscribing to Igloo’s Developer Program (which is available as a module and included in our Gold and Platinum support packages) grants you access to industry leading developer support, documentation and developer consulting.
