News Content Planning Calendar
Hello,
Our firm will be building out a site in Igloo in coming months. I am wondering how others plan their internal comms news content calendar, to have a way for various contributors to view what is scheduled for which days/weeks on main news feeds. Do you use a calendar housed within Igloo? or Outlook, Teams, or other method?
We are trying to move away from one person keeping a calendar and move towards a more transparent option that an internal comms council can view and edit.

Hi Elizabeth! Some customers use an Igloo calendar in a hidden Space specific for Content Creators. Use multiple channels to represent key blog channels or themes of channels (department news, social/culture). As you and your team are planning content, add the post topic as an event to the calendar channel. Then through a Calendar widget, it is easy to see your campaigns over time and where there may be too much overlap.
