Leadership/executive blog examples or success stories
Hello --
Looking to see if anyone has examples they could share of how your business is using the tool for a Leadership/executive blog. Screenshots or lessons learned would be great. Thanks for any info you can provided!

Aneik Gandhi Laura Searle Hi Laura! It's super recent for us, but we added a monthly executive blog in January. Our first post saw a lot of success! Our second was posted this past Monday and has also seen good results. We show the channel in two areas - one on our weekly newsletter, and the other on our home page news section. The blog is a monthly leaderboard update with a list of locations that exceeded their goals. I tag each general manager of the locations so they are notified instantly and have subscribed all members to a weekly notification on this channel.

We have a monthly CEO video that highlights recent achievements, upcoming items of interest and often a program spotlight. These videos are typically 10 minutes or shorter. These videos and other blog posts throughout the month are emailed to all employees and posted in the CEO blog channel. All CEO blogs and videos are highlighted in our top news carousel on our home page. We also have quarterly town halls that are also recorded and made available under the CEO page, carousel and even a button in our header. And you can always easily get to all-things-CEO from the CEO Central section of our home page. Lastly, we use the 'Share to spokes' feature to ensure our Australia employees that use a spoke off of our hub as their primary DW also see everything from the CEO.

Internally here at Igloo we have "Mike's Monday Message" that our CEO Mike Gaburo, shares with Igloo. It is a great way to recap and highlight the achievements of the previous week. Everyone is subscribed so you can either read the summary or watch the video, usually between 5 - 8 minutes in length. It's great because Mike ensures to highlight different Iglooites for great things they accomplished and allows for us to learn about what other areas of the business are up to.
Tammy Triplett, I know you have a different approach, but still a great way of showcasing your CEO. Any chance you opening to sharing?

Tammy Triplett thanks so much! It looks great and seems to have some really good engagment.
Adam Cichorzewski Yes, we are pleased with our engagement rates for CEO content. Since many employees receive the information via email, we expect the DW numbers to be lower, but overall between the email and DW metrics we feel our CEO communications are right where we would expect.
