In Case you Missed It - Community Collaboration - Time for Some Spring Cleaning!
Igloo's own Brigid Towler took us through a Spring Cleaning exercise she coached The Keg through, highlighting the various useful reports available to inform decision making and giving us some insight into the thought process involved in enabling a customer to make these changes.
Misty Cato and Ellen Cunningham from Greystone then took us through the thoughtful, deliberate process they undertook when they knew it was time to change some things up in their Igloo, The Square.
Finally, we announced a couple of big upcoming events! Don't forget to watch to the end!
Spoiler Alert: The big events are...
- Spring Cleaning 2 - A new Coat of Paint - a Visual Design Webinar
- Virtual ICE Tour 2021 - June 22-24, 2021...details to follow...

Ellen Cunningham The Square assets were was a big "a-ha" moment for me. We do the same on Customer Care, but I hadn't yet formally recommended the same to customers as a strategy component. I love the visual queuing this creates, consistency in blog configuration, and polish without putting the onus on the content creators. Brilliant!
