Fancy seeing you here! Great question. I have two tips that almost get to what you’re after:

1. From Manage Members you and your team with access to that area of the control panel can export a .csv member list. It isn’t a fancy view, but lists members and expertise they’ve listed in their profile for those managing the digital workplace.
   
   
2. Alternatively, all members of your digital workplace can search for others by expertise. From the search bar, hit Enter to get to the advanced search page, toggle to People to focus the results, and search by expertise to return members who have included it on their profile. 

It would be great if the expertise could be selected from a predefined list set up by admins. People can describe the same expertise in many different ways, so makes it difficult to group by expertise (e.g. Sales Manager, Sales Management, Managed Sales).
