Can I change an existing user's password?
As a workplace administrator, you can only change the passwords of flex users. However, if a user account uses an email, you can trigger a password reset email that allows a user to change their password. For more information, see:
SAML and LDAP authentication credentials are controlled outside of your digital workplace. Whether you can change the password of these authentication methods depends on the provider, and must be done within that provider's service environment.
