The Igloo Customer Event - ICE Tour - will take place November 13 and 14, 2024 with sessions at 12pm and 3pm ET each day!
As with tours past, we're bringing you a mix of product insights, use cases, customer thought leadership and more, followed by our annual Digital Transformation Awards ceremony!
Below is a summary of what to expect on each day:
Day 1 - The morning sessions will begin with a formal address from Igloo CEO Mike Gaburo; followed by a customer led digital workplace discussion involving Annie Rucker, Director of Marketing & Communications with the Credit Union of Colorado. The morning session will conclude our friends at Leidos who will take us through their March Mayhem training and engagement effort, which facilitated and encouraged asynchronous learning while gamifying the experience for their members!
In the afternoon; you will be joined by Igloo's Chief Product Officer, Chris Keefe , and Vice President of Product Marketing, Sean Duffy , for our Product Chat! We'll look back at feature releases for 2024 and look ahead to some fantastic stuff we're working on in 2025, including innovations in enterprise search and broadcasting.
Day 2 - In the morning, we will host a panel discussion featuring Chelsey Louzeiro, Senior Internal Communications Manager, Heifer International, Mary Ann Bryszewski, Internal Operations Specialist, Holman, and Cristina Herrera , Internal Communications Manager, Teachers Federal Credit Union will join Brad Rooke to chat through engagement from as many perspectives as we can manage!
Last, but certainly not least, we will end day 2 in the afternoon with the Digital Transformation Awards! This is where we will recognize our customers and their dedicated efforts to create a more connected, productive, and engaged workplace — leveraging Igloo Software to make it all happen.

Connection and collaboration lies at the core of Igloo's values and platform; and we've had any ideas and advancements come directly from our in person 'Inspire' events.
Our in-person Igloo Inspire events are an amazing opportunity to connect with and learn from your peers and our Igloo Team. We will be holding two events in 2025. We hope you can join us!
First up: Igloo and our host customer Leidos present Igloo Inspire: Metro DC! This event will take place on March 4th and 5th 2025 at the Leidos Global HQ in Reston, Virginia, just a short hop from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).
Seats are limited. Registration opens November 1st. There is a registration fee for the event (USD 175 early-bird rate). If you are interested in attending reach out to your CSM or let us know in the comments and will get back to you with event details.
Our second event in 2025 will take place in the Autumn, likely late September or early October. We haven't yet finalized the location for the event We'll follow with more details when we lock in our host site and particulars.
A reminder We are now offering a 10am ET session every second Thursday, beginning September 26!
