It's with great excitement that we announce our Annual Digital Transformation Awards! 

Each fall we recognize our customers for their innovative and engaging efforts as they turn their Igloo digital workplaces into true digital destinations. There are 6 awards categories to choose from, and you can apply in as many categories as you like. Categories include:

• Digital Workplace Launch: Celebrating the recent launch of a new digital workplace solution.
• Best Evolve: Recognizing change and growth efforts within the digital workplace.
• Best Engagement Effort: Receive accolades for your efforts to engage your users through a focused campaign.
• Culture Champion: Honoring your work in showcasing your corporate culture within your digital workplace.
• Trailblazer: Recognizing customers who have used innovative methods to solve business challenges with their digital workplaces.
• Best Digital Workplace: Celebrating your efforts to create a connected, engaging and integrated digital workplace experience.

Awards submissions start September 8, 2025! If you're not sure which category to submit for, or would like a second set of eyes on your submission, reach out to our Igloo Customer Success Team - we're happy to help! All the information you need is on our Digital Transformation Awards page!

Ragan Employee Engagement

Ragan’s Employee Communications Awards honors the campaigns, communicators and teams that define today’s employee experience—from the messages they craft to the cultures they help build.

Categories span internal communications, employee engagement, workplace culture, video, technology, team strategies and more. If your initiative improved the employee experience, it belongs here.

Finalists and winners will be honored at a special event in early 2026. Submit your best work and showcase how your organization puts employees first.

If you're submitting an entry and want a second set of eyes on it, reach out here. An entry here could also be used in Igloo's Digital Transformation Awards, which are coming up quick!

Tips and Tricks: Celebration Enhancement

Our latest Tips and Tricks video provides some code snippets and shows you how to add them to create a celebration aspect for significant events. The code allows you to add date parameters and text to display while confetti is falling, on any page in your digital workplace. As with all things code-based, we strongly advise that you test this in your preview site prior to doing so in your live production environment.

If you have a question or you're looking for recommendations about your Igloo, the Customer Success Team hosts a weekly Open Office Hours call during which you can drop in to ask your question or learn from others. 

Open Office Hours are held on alternating Wednesday afternoons at 3:00 PM ET and Thursday mornings at 10:00 AM ET on the opposite week. We hope to see you there soon.
