The Digital Workplace Group (DWG) is a consulting and membership organization specializing in digital workplace strategies and solutions - deadline to submit extended to July 11.
They are currently accepting submissions for their digital workplace awards, which are given in a number of categories. It's a great opportunity to highlight the impact your digital workplace has on your organization and gain some recognition across the industry.

We have 2 new members who have recently joined our Customer Success team! Say hello to our new Customer Success Representatives within our team; Megan Holmes and Salar Eshraghi!
Even though they have recently joined the team, they have hit the ground running with learning about all of you, your digital workplaces and ultimately what is most important to you. You may begin to see them around as they continue to begin working with you all - don't be afraid to say hi! Here is a short blurb from both Megan and Salar:
Megan Holmes:
"Hello! My name is Megan, and I'm excited to join the Customer Success team, where I’ll be supporting ongoing initiatives to help customers thrive in their digital workplace journey. I bring a background in operations and implementation, with a strong focus on delivering value through customer success. I’m passionate about turning complex challenges into practical, customer-centered solutions. I’m also always eager to learn from both customers and colleagues, and I believe the best outcomes come from listening, collaboration, and shared success. I look forward to partnering closely with our customers to drive meaningful, lasting impact.
When I’m not driving customer success, I enjoy exploring how technologies like AI, automation, and analytics are reshaping how businesses operate and deliver value."
Salar Eshraghi:
"Hello all! My name is Salar Eshraghi and I am thrilled to be joining the Customer Success team here at Igloo! With over 10 years of experience in customer success and support, I bring a deep understanding of what it takes to navigate high-severity issues while also building and nurturing long-term client relationships. I really enjoy the satisfaction of giving customers the outcome they desire, and its something that really motivates me to always give my best.
Outside of work, I spend alot of time at the gym, playing soccer, or with friends and family. I also enjoy my fair share of video games (PS5) guy here, and watching a good flick. I look foward to working with everyone here at Igloo!"

Open Office Hours are held on alternating Wednesday mornings at 10:00 AM ET and Thursday afternoons at 3:00 PM ET on the opposite week. We hope to see you there soon.
