To help reinforce your organizational branding, the Igloo Mobile App has been renamed (including a new logo!) to the Digital Workplace by Igloo app. Users will see the new app name and logo when their Igloo Mobile App is upgraded to version 3.0.0. A number of minor enhancements have also been introduced in this release, including new icons for the My Feeds and Settings features, updates to search history to now display recently searched for terms and better management of pop-up notifications.
The Digital Workplace by Igloo app can be found on the iOS or Android app stores today.
Measuring engagement is a key component to managing your digital workplace. Members of your digital workplace may consume content not only through the web interface but also through email notifications. Tracking these previews allows content creators and digital workplace managers to gain more insight into the overall engagement of employees with digital workplace content. Email previews are displayed as a separate category along with views, comments and followers as well as being displayed in the Activity Log.
NOTE: In order to track email previews, users must enable loading of images in their email client, if images are not loaded this activity will not be tracked.
The ability to specify a spoke as a spoke template is an important aspect of managing your networked enterprise. A small change has been introduced whereby the networked enterprise hub can no longer be designated as a spoke template. Any existing hubs that were previously marked as templates will no longer be able to be cloned to create new spokes.
When leveraging the Igloo LDAP Synchronization Tool (ILST) or Profile Photo API endpoints, uploads of profile images will now occur only if the profile picture provided in the request is different than the image that is already associated to the member record in your digital workplace. This change results in a more efficient synchronization of user profiles between the source system and your digital workplace.
Authoring and publishing content is integral to the success of your digital workplace. In this release we have once again upgraded the WYSIWYG editor that you use to author content. There are numerous improvements and bug fixes included in this release including changes to improved pasting from Microsoft Word, improvements when deleting content in tables and improved usability in the editor.
The following bugs have been fixed in this release:
Issue | Summary |
---|---|
2248 | Fixed an issue in the Slack integration widget where deleting a conversation thread by one user resulted in other users seeing incorrect message ordering in the channel. |
2244 | Fixed an issue in the Azure Org Chart Widget where filtering on a comma-separated list of User Property Values was returning results only on the first value. |
2243 | Fixed an issue in the Office 365 Calendar Week View integration widget where the time appearing on an event in the calendar grid did not match the time for the same event in the pop-up event details card view. |
2177 | Fixed an issue where sessions were expiring after 60 minutes in the Google Drive Integration widget. |
13980 | Fixed an issue where images pasted into content from the user's clipboard (copy & paste) were becoming broken when the content is edited by a different user. |
13874 | Fixed an issue where moving a widget in the Page editor sometimes resulted in a transitional UI artefact remaining on the page editor blocking ability to interact with what's behind it, forcing the user to reload the page to remove it. |
13801 | Fixed an issue where searches on labels with no user-entered search keywords was returning no results in the label search custom widget. |
13465 | Fixed an issue in the My Activity feed on user profiles in preview environments where clicking "Load More" would append copies of the first page of activity, instead of the next activity page. |
13251 | Fixed an issue where reply authors' profile cards were not being displayed after clicking "Load More" in the replies list. |
12850 | Fixed an issue where titles of CTA widgets were overlapping the "Share a thought..." pop-up when the CTA widget was configured to display the Colour Bar layout option. |
12616 | Fixed an issue in the Links widget where URLs that contained query parameters with embedded URLs as their value were not retaining escape encodings of the colon or slash characters of those URLs, resulting in a bad URL format. |
11647 | Fixed an issue where images smaller than 300 pixels wide were becoming blurry when displayed in content. |

Curious if anyone else has seen this message when posting [to a forum]? Assuming this is related to the WYSIWYG editor.
And this fun little note keeps popping up. It's not removable.

Hi Jared Cohen-Richards, I flagged this to our support team yesterday and a page refresh has solved the problem in some instances. Are you still experiencing the issue?
FYI Emma Fotino
