NameSpaces

A NameSpace is a unique ID that each user of a digital workplace has. This ID is created when a user is added to the digital workplace and is formed from the first character of a user's first name and their entire last name. A number may be added to the NameSpace to avoid duplication with an existing Namespace. A user's NamesSpace cannot be changed.

A user's NameSpace can be used for @mentioning. 

Viewing a user's NameSpace

A user's NameSpace can be seen by navigating to the user's profile page and observing the URL. The last portion of the URL is the user's NameSpace. For example, the user Gurney Halleck may have the following NameSpace:
