ServiceNow added to Unified SearchThe Unified Search widget provides you with the ability to search multiple repositories from a single widget within the context of a specific digital workplace area. Today, ServiceNow KB repositories can be configured and searched through Unified Search alongside Igloo, O365 SharePoint, SharePoint Cloud Hybrid Search, Google Team Drive, Box and Dropbox.

In a second exciting development, we have another ServiceNow integration to announce. This integration widget allows your users to view and create tickets from within their digital workplace, providing users with a smoother ticket support experience and driving engagement within your organization.
