December Release is Live
Hover-state functionality added to the Call to Action widget
The Call to Action (CTA) widget now has hover-state functionality to provide improved readability and usability. When a user hovers their mouse over each individual CTA it will lighten or darken depending on the background color. No setup or configuration is required for this functionality.
Random image order for the Photos in Folder widget Slideshow layout
Currently, when a user sees the Slideshow layout of the Photos in Folder widget on a page, the images are displayed in the same order each time. Admins can now randomize the image order for that layout so end users see images in a different order each time they view the widget, providing a fresher experience.Read the Content Slideshow widget KB article
Navigate directly to comments from the Blog Article widget
Comments are now hyperlinked for each article shown in a Blog Article widget. When the comments hyperlink is clicked on, the user is taken directly to the comment section of the article. This enables users to easily access the history of the comments and join the conversation.
Enhanced list styles in the WYSIWYG Editor
|The WYSIWYG editor you use to write content has been upgraded to include new styles for bulleted or numbered lists.|
New Integration with Workday
Users can now see the list of action items in their Workday inbox right within Igloo through the Workday Inbox Actions widget. This integration allows users to scroll through actions, view due dates, and directly access their Workday inbox with a simple click. To enable the Workday Inbox Actions widget, read the Customer Care Knowledge Base article for setup instructions and contact Customer Support when you’re ready to begin the configuration process.
