Last year we made a change that required members to be signed in to access the Igloo University video library. This provides us with valuable data on how customers interact with this training content.
The requirement to be signed-in to view the rest of the Igloo University content is an extension of this strategy and will enable us to further refine the Igloo University program to meet our customer's needs.
