Our April release has arrived in your Digital Workplace. Here is what you can now explore:
Manage deleted items more efficiently
Deleted items are temporarily stored in the digital workplace's Trash Can for 30 days, allowing digital workplace admins time to access and restore deleted files as needed. In this release, the trash cans have been redesigned to make it easier for admins to page through content, sort, and recover items.
Review member activity history
Every user in a digital workplace has a profile that highlights key details about them including a list of their recently added content. Prior to this release, the My Activity section was limited to the 10 most recent items. In this release, the My Activity section now displays the last 25 pieces of content created by the user in the last 6 months and users can click “Load More” to see more recent content. This allows users to quickly and easily observe and engage with other members' activity in the digital workplace.
Expand and collapse Group and Space lists in the People Directory
The group and space lists within the member directory provide users with the ability to find the members of a particular group or space. As the number of groups and spaces in a digital workplace increases, these lists will become longer. In this release, users can now choose to expand or collapse these lists, helping to reduce the amount of scrolling required on the page, and providing a cleaner UI.
Igloo Highlight of the Month - Google Maps integration widget
Introducing the Google Maps integration widget. This new widget will allow builders and administrators to quickly share multiple locations, with directions and useful information for each. The Google Maps widget can augment any Solution, and naturally complements those that would typically surface location data, such as a Social Zone, Customer KB, and a Team or Project Room. Users can easily share parking, event locations, multiple offices or franchises, and more with this widget
