If you have a question or you're looking for recommendations about your Igloo, the Customer Success Team hosts a weekly Open Office Hours call during which you can drop in to ask your question or learn from others. 

Open Office Hours are held on alternating Wednesday mornings at 10:00 AM ET and Thursday afternoons at 3:00 PM ET on the opposite week. We hope to see you there soon.

Blog creation Broadcast header image support

With our February 2025 Product Release, you can now select the banner image that appears on the notification when broadcasting a blog at the time of publishing, making it easier to create visual distinction for important communications. This update builds on selecting the type of broadcast (Call to Action or Full Content) that was released in the January 2025 Product Release.
