Tips and Tricks - Highlights Group Subscription Frequencies 

This video comes courtesy of a discussion in our Customer Care Community Discussions forum channel. Using code applied to the theme editor/add css area, we can cause the subscription frequency indicators for any channel to appear in bold red instead of their native light green. This allows administrators to easily spot which groups are subscribed to which channels and at what frequency. Find the video here!

Add-Ons and Enhancements

Looking to make the most of the summer months with your Digital Workplace? Reviewing our current enhancements and Add-ons is a great way to 

• Enhancements are front-end modifications that add to or modify the functionality of your digital workplace. Default enhancements like About and Accordion classes are included with your digital workplace from the start, and can be accessed on your styles page. Igloo also offers a list of on-demand enhancements that you can find here - things like one-third rows, back-to-top and horizontal calendars can be requested at any time. Each article contains a description of the enhancement and the process for requesting it. If you're not sure what enhancements you already have, check out your Styles Page - instructions here. 
• Add-ons are paid services (either one-time of via subscription) and are found in the Add-Ons section here. Services vary in their scope - add-ons like the Insights Reporting Service, Technical Account Manager, or Igloo's Intelligent Search offering all bring different things to the table, but the goal remains the same - improving your digital workplace experience. As with enhancements, each page details the offering and the process for finding out more.

Reminder! Summer Release Schedule Changes *These adjustments are designed to provide a smoother and higher-quality experience for all our customers while ensuring greater flexibility during the US Thanksgiving holiday. 

• August Release Cancelled: The August release has been removed from the schedule. This allows us to prioritize important security enhancements and maintenance work, ensuring a more secure and stable platform for you.
• September Release Rescheduled: The September release and the remaining subsequent release will be pushed back a week from the original planned schedule.  This adjustment helps us avoid scheduling conflicts with the US Thanksgiving holiday, providing you with more flexibility during this time.

  The Release Calendar has been updated with these change should you need to reference them for future planning.
