Igloo Inspire - Spring 2024!

Start spreading the news...Big Apple, here we come! Igloo: Inspire, (the you don't want to miss in-person event) is coming to New York City. Thanks to our hosts the Ford Foundation Center for Social Justice, located on East 43rd Street in NYC, we will be holding our Inspire Spring 2024 in-person event on June 24th and June 25th.  

Igloo: Inspire is an interactive event that allows you to network with your peers and the Igloo team while sharing digital transformation strategies, discussing tips and tricks, and seeing the latest and greatest from our Igloo Product team. 

We've expanded the event to 1.5 days, giving you more time to learn from and network with each other. We're keeping the best sessions from past Inspire events and adding new workshops that are sure to capture your interest and spark discussions. 

WIN one night's accommodations at our host hotel in New York City for Igloo Inspire: NYC! How? We've inserted some Easter Eggs into some of our upcoming videos that you'll be able to assemble into an entry. All you have to do is watch the videos and collect the clues - we'll set up a channel for you to submit your answers for your chance to win; watch for that as the contest progresses. The contest begins next week and will end May 31, 2024.

Don't forget to update to Google Analytics 4

As of July 1, 2024 Google Universal Analytics will no longer be available.  It is being replaced with Google Analytics 4.  

If you haven't yet upgraded to GA4, or if you haven't yet added your GA4 code in the correct area, now's the time to do so. We have  added documentation to assist you with making the transition from UA to GA4.  Should you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or customers@igloosoftware.com.

If you've already completed the move to GA4 and updated the GA4 field, no further action is required.

Have an idea to improve Igloo or want to suggest a new feature?

The Product Zone is a great place to submit any ideas for any new features or ideas to expand on an already existing feature. Your votes matter too! Don't forget to check out the The Product Zone to vote on submitted ideas. Our Product team reviews submissions in the idea portal regularly, and your comments and votes help us prioritize what to build.
