The workplace experience is being reset. In less than 30 days, we’ll meet in Scottsdale to help shape what comes next.
The theme of WOW26 is The Experience Reset, and it reflects a reality many organizations are already navigating. Employee expectations have changed. AI is reshaping how work gets done. Distributed teams are the norm. The line between the digital and physical workplace continues to disappear.
As the workplace experience company, Appspace is bringing together leaders from comms, HR, facilities, and IT to explore how we move forward - not by fine-tuning yesterday’s workplace, but by creating experiences designed for the way people work now.
From September 28–30, WOW26 will offer three days of practical learning, fresh perspectives, and candid conversations covering:
• Employee engagement
• Digital workplace experience
• Physical workplace experience
• AI and emerging technology
• Hybrid work and return-to-office strategies
You can also turn what you learn into a professional credential. Follow one or more Appspace Certified tracks in Workplace AI, Workplace Signage, Digital Workplace Experience, or Physical Workplace Experience. Attend the required sessions and complete a short post-event assessment to earn a digital certificate and exclusive LinkedIn-ready badge.
Then there’s the connection value: meeting peers - including Igloo customers who are navigating the move to Appspace - who are tackling similar challenges, exchanging ideas you can bring back to your organization, and spending meaningful time with the Appspace team.
One important date: September 4.
That’s the final day to reserve a room at the Westin Kierland Resort at the special WOW rate of $299. Availability is limited, so now is the time to register and book your stay.
The Experience Reset is coming. Join us in Scottsdale and help define what’s next.
