If you send a weekly e-newsletter or publish a weekly news round-up blog, what weekday and time of day is it sent?
Currently, I send our weekly e-newsletter out just before noon each Wednesday to recap highlights prior to the weekend and early in the week when people may be too busy to visit our digital workplace. This also helps with employees who vacation around weekends to be more likely to see what's shared.
Recent webinars, conferences and other touches are recommending this type of content be sent earlier in the week, highlighting Tuesday morning as the prime spot.
Thanks in advance for your feedback.
Hi Chelsey Louzeiro Great question. Research shows that the best time to send a newsletter is late morning, during work hours to get the best percentage of opens. 10am seems to be the best time on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
I hope this helps!
Thanks Diana May. Very helpful. My team is trying to decide if we move from Wednesday to Tuesday.
We have a set of labels created, but it's very hard to ensure people are using them consistently, especially we have many different content contributors. Does anyone have any tips on how to ensure people are applying the labels consistently to all content?
I am reviewing the content regularly to ensure consistency now, but it's very time consuming.
Hi Amy Chu just want to confirm you saw the responses in the Community Discussion area where your question was also posted. Thanks!
I don't have a question, but I do want to give kudos to my coach and the team behind our digital workplace's evolution!
We are so grateful to Andrea Gumz-Dietrich and Nicole Dreher for refreshing The Corral to align with our recent re-branding efforts. All the touches, big and small, have made our site feel like home.
