Igloo's 2023 ICE Tour will take place this year on November 14 & 15! This virtual learning and collaboration opportunity brings together Igloo Customers and Team Members in a series of sessions focused on Digital Transformation and driving your Digital Workplace and digital strategies to new heights. This year we're presenting a number of interesting events including customer vignettes, industry panels and product-focused conversations. 

We're still confirming a few details and will update you with those in a subsequent post, but while we have your attention, we have a favor to ask. We're considering a format change for the Tour this year and would like your feedback. On the home page of Customer Care you'll see a poll presenting two options:

• Present the event in two 2-hour blocks, 1-3pm ET on November 14 & 15, 2023
• Present the event in two 1-hour blocks per day, occurring at 12pm and 3pm ET on November 14 & 15, 2023

Your attendance and participation are what makes ICE Tour valuable, so please take a moment to let us know what would be the best format for you to attend the live sessions. 

As planning continues, we are still looking for some panel participants. The panels we're hoping to fill will discuss two key topics:

• Tips and Tricks from the Pros - digital workplace managers collaborating on how they maintain their digital workplaces and promote them within the organizational ecosystem.
• Trends in Digital Transformation - AI/ML, Unifying Desked and Deskless workers, Digital Employee Experience (DEX)
