Manage deleted items more efficiently 

The digital workplace & space trashcan provides temporary storage for pages, spaces, channels, folders, articles and documents that members have deleted from the workplace. Items remain in the trashcan for 30 days, allowing workplace administrators a period of time to browse and restore deleted files as needed. 

In this release, the digital workplace and space trashcan have been redesigned to provide an easily consumable list of your deleted items.  Users will now be able to page through the list of content, sort and recover an item from the list of deleted content more easily.  

The newly introduced digital workplace and space trashcan table includes the following columns:

• Content type icon
• Content name
• Content type
• Created by
• Deleted by
• Date deleted 

Deleted content can be sorted based on “Created by”, “Deleted by” or “Date deleted” allowing administrators to user to quickly and easily access and manage deleted content in their digital workplace.

Review member activity history

Every user in a digital workplace has a profile that displays information about that user. Each profile highlights key details about the user including a list of recently added content, known as the user's activity. Prior to this release, each profile displayed the last 10 items in the My Activity section on the user’s profile page. In this release, the My Activity section now displays the last 25 pieces of content created by the user in the last 6 months. This allows users to quickly and easily follow and engage with other members' activity in the digital workplace.

• By default, 25 of the most recent items will be displayed in the user's activity 
• Basic and premium profiles will have a "Load more" in the user's activity, allowing users to see past 25 of the most recent items

Expand and collapse Group and Space lists in the People Directory

The group and space lists in the member directory provide users with the ability to quickly filter the member directory to find all members of a particular group or space.  As the number of groups and spaces in a digital workplace increase, these lists grow in size.  In this release, users can now choose to expand or collapse these lists as required.  By default, these lists will be collapsed.
