Zapier is an integration platform to connect together web apps. It provides a simple workflow for automating data entry using connections called Zaps.
A Zap is made up of a Trigger and one or more Actions or Searches. Whenever the trigger happens in one app, Zapier will automatically perform the actions or searches in another.
The Zapier-Igloo integration is initially available as a closed beta, providing access to a series of actions and searches around the creation and update of a user, blog, microblog or wiki in Igloo.
Triggers can be selected from the over 750 cloud applications in the Zapier App Directory. In order to gain access, a user must have a paid Zapier account and an Igloo API key.
The Salesforce Pipeline, Salesforce Forecast, and Salesforce Lead Conversion Widgets are an alternative to the Salesforce reporting engine. These reports provide a practical way to share sales objectives and track progress in order to ensure organizational alignment.
Accessed via the Integration Widget, Salesforce reports provide a real-time view into sales performance. It’s a step towards creating an executive dashboard from disparate systems, without integrating the systems themselves.
The Salesforce Pipeline Overview (above) shows a summary of deal coverage at each stage of the sales process, with a quick toggle between fiscal quarter and fiscal year.
The Salesforce Pipeline (below) compares the actual vs. target amounts at each stage in the sales pipeline, providing quick insight into any discrepancies in coverage.
The Salesforce Forecast Category (below) compares the actual and target amount for each forecast category in the opportunity pipeline. The report can be viewed as a line or bar graph.
The Salesforce Lead Conversion shows the total number of leads generated to date and compares it to those that have been converted into sales opportunities. It is easily filtered by lead source to deliver a real-time view into lead and conversion targets by category.
Customers who engage with their workplace via shared terminals can now choose to have sessions end upon browser close.

Microblogs. An audit note has been added to Microblog posts when edited. This will provide full transparency when a post has been edited by someone other than the original author.
WYSIWYG editor. An update was made to the editor to enable drop-down menus in the toolbar to show full contents, preventing actions from being cut-off when applying formatting.
Slack integration. The channel selection dropdown displays the channels a user is a member of first and the error message has been updated to be more intuitive when access is not enabled.
