The Activity area tracks interactions with content. You can sort and filter this data to determine who has done what with a specific piece of content, including views.
Knowing who is taking what action on which content in your Igloo can be critical in helping you better understand content reach and fulfill requirements, such as compliance.
Users, with the appropriate permissions, may click the Action Button to access Activity for a particular piece of content. It is here where you can display the audit trail.
Actions available for audit include: added, archived, edited, permission changes, and now views. A summary of all activity can also be displayed.
Filters exist for one month, three months, six months, and now a custom date range that filters the data to a maximum of one year.
Subscriptions allow you to receive updates on your favorite content. You can receive updates instantly, daily, weekly, or monthly, and you can change these settings at any time. In addition, administrators can subscribe an entire group to receive notifications about important content.
Users who prefer to receive push notifications via the mobile app can now turn off instant email notifications for @mentions or all instant subscriptions directly from the Settings screen. Tap the gear icon in the top-left corner of the app to reveal the options and set your preferences.
The Salesforce Leaderboard provides a portal into your Salesforce environment, allowing you to view your top sales earners, recent trends in their activity, and both the total and average amount that has been Closed Won. The Leaderboard can now count opportunities of a specified type as well, so that multiple leaderboards can be created for different areas of your business.
The new Salesforce Top Opportunities view enables you to show the highest value opportunities in your pipeline. Filter by type, opportunity stage, forecast category, fiscal quarter, or number of opportunities to display, and click on the opportunity to view it in Salesforce.
