When sharing an image from a mobile device or via the web, users no longer have to worry about reducing the size of the image to increase page performance or rotating it for appearance.
Upon upload, Igloo will automatically resize and rotate your image to its proper upright position. Once an image has been inserted, select it to display a list of editing options.
The image edit options allow you to replace the image, align it, remove it, turn it into a link, determine whether it is displayed inline with text, what type of border it has, specify its alternate text, and change the size of the thumbnail that is generated on page load.
The Activity area tracks interactions with content. You can sort and filter this data to determine who has done what with a specific piece of content, including views.
Knowing who is taking what action on which content in your Igloo can be critical in helping you better understand content reach and fulfill requirements, such as compliance.
Users, with the appropriate permissions, may click the Action Button to access Activity for a particular piece of content. It is here where you can display the audit trail.
Actions available for audit include: added, archived, edited, permission changes, and now views. A summary of all activity can also be displayed.
Filters exist for one month, three months, and six months.
Every Igloo has a searchable Member Directory, where you can search for people, access their profile information, and view group membership.
You can now sort the directory by First Name or Last Name, and in ascending order (A to Z) or in descending order (Z to A). This is in addition to a sort by Newest Members or Online Status.
Users, with the appropriate permissions, may click the Action Button to edit the page Settings for the directory. It is here where you can define the default sorting behavior for all members.
Igloo keeps users informed through appropriate feedback. That feedback can come in different forms, depending on its type, the urgency, and whether an action is required by the user.
Inline viewing allows you to preview documents, view images, and stream videos from within your Igloo. If the file has any security policies attached, it can prevent previews from being generated. For those instances, a new error message will now appear stating that the preview is not available because the file is password-protected.
You’ll also notice that some passive alerts will now appear as a toast notification – a small, unobtrusive popup that appears in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, and disappears after a few seconds. These will be used to display brief windows of information to a user.
