Making a member an Enterprise Administrator

Only existing Enterprise Administrators can make a Networked Enterprise member an Enterprise Administrator using the Enterprise Administration Panel (EAP).

Tip: Avoid using a member's everyday user account as an Enterprise Administrator. Instead, create a new user account that is explicitly for performing Enterprise Administrator activities. Using an Enterprise Administrator account as an everyday account can lead to issues with other users @mentioning     the administrator.

How to make a member an Enterprise Administrator

  1. While signed into a digital workplace that is part of the Networked Enterprise, click the Control Panel button (adminpng) to open the Control Panel.
  2. Select EAP from under the Resources section of the Control Panel.
  3. On the Members tab, use the search functionality to locate the member.
  4. Click the Members dropdown located next to the user's name and select Administrator.
