Customers may reschedule a participant’s enrollment in a Training Event up to 1 full business day prior to the scheduled date/time of the applicable Training Event.
Requests made to reschedule with less than 1 full business day’s notice will result in the participant being deemed a No-Show (as defined below).
Rescheduling is not permitted for in-person private Private Training Events once travel has been booked by Igloo Training Facilitators.
Note: This rescheduling process excludes training included in the various Professional Services bundle packages (e.g., JumpStart and KickStart).
