Participants who do not attend a Training Event in which they are enrolled without either having cancelled or rescheduled at least 1 full business day prior to the applicable Training Event will be treated as a “No-Show”.
If a participant is a No-Show, for 3 or more Training Events, Igloo reserves the right to limit or decline enrollment by that participant in future Training Events.
Note: This no-show process excludes training included in the various Professional Services bundle packages (e.g., JumpStart and KickStart).
