Customers may cancel a participant’s enrollment in a training event up to 1 full business day prior to the scheduled date/time of the event in which they enrolled.
Cancellations made with less than 1 full business day’s notice may result in the participant being deemed a No- Show (as defined below).
Cancellations are not permitted for private Training Events scheduled at a customer’s request: (i) less than 1 full business day prior to the scheduled date/time of the applicable Training Event (in the case of online private Training Events); or (ii) once travel has been booked by Igloo Training Facilitators (in the case of in-person private Training Events).
Note: This cancellation process excludes training included in the various Professional Services bundle packages (e.g., JumpStart and KickStart).
