Presentation - Control Panel
What is it?
The Control Panel is home to all the advanced administrative controls for your digital workplace. Only workplace administrators or members of groups with elevated access can view the Control Panel.
The Presentation group of features allow you to define the look and feel, structure, and architecture of your workplace.
Features and functionality
Appearance
This feature allows you to define the look and feel of your site.
Logo - This is where your company Logo can be uploaded to your workplace.
Position - Your logo can either be placed above or inline with the navigation.
Alignment - The Logo can be to the left, center or right of the navigation bar.
Theme - This section allows managing the Theme for the entire site. On the left side, the applied predefined theme is displayed along with the option to add custom CSS, on the right side is the Advanced Theme Editor.
Browse Library - The library has several predefined themes available for you to use for your workplace, if you choose.
Custom CSS - This feature allows you to add custom CSS to the predefined theme. When you select Add Custom CSS, this opens an editor where you can add the custom CSS code.
Apply - This option applies the custom CSS.
Preview - This option displays your workplace in the Preview mode.
Advanced Theme editor - Gives you complete control of the CSS for the entire site, and is recommended for advanced users only.
Publish - This option publishes your chosen Theme to the site.
Save & Continue Editing - This option saves the changes you have made to the theme and allows you to continue editing.
Save & Preview - This option saves the changes you have made to the theme and allows you to navigate through the site in Preview mode. You can publish the changes you make, or go back to the Advanced Theme editor to make additional changes.
Footer
The Footer allows you to create a global Footer for the entire site.
The Footer is managed via an HTML editor. A Footer can also be created within a Space, however, this will appear above the global Footer.
If you’ve written custom javascript that you need to execute everywhere on your Igloo, the best place to load the script is inside the footer. Custom javascript can be uploaded to your Igloo into a Folder Channel, and then called by using the code view in the Footer editor to modify the HTML source of the footer like below:

Site Manager
The Site Manager allows administrators to organize and manage the structure of the entire site.

Using the Footer to provide additional navigation options
The Footer can be used to provide a secondary or tertiary way to link members to important content in your workplace. For example, if there are particular content pages within the structure that people need to access quickly and with the fewest clicks, putting links to these pages will aid usability and boost user engagement.
