Share information about the new Digital Workplace and request name suggestions tied to culture. Share information about a fabulous prize. Confirm media for initial contest announcement and ongoing updates.
Educate the organization about what’s coming, the benefits to everyone and give a hint as to what it will look like.
Employees submit ideas for names for the Digital Workplace. Ask for names for specific spaces, like the Social Zone as well.
Defined contest dates, with submission deadlines. List all proposed submitted, share the list with the organization, take the top 5 to leadership to review if needed. If there are duplicates, then draw one name for the winner.

Inviting end users to put forth their own ideas for a name for their digital workplace builds a sense of ownership, interest and engagement.
Prize cost if tangible. (Could be one-week extra vacation for the winner).
