Let's get your project rolling
The Plan Stage begins with a Project Kick-Off Meeting. This meeting is generally scheduled two weeks after final contract signing. We ask that you complete and return all information requested in the Prep Kit. This step helps your implementation team at Igloo get prepared for the Kick-Off Meeting as well as ensuring alignment on the key goals, objectives, and outcomes for the project.
A Project Manager is assigned to the project and is responsible for scheduling the initial Kick-Off Meeting with all key stakeholders involved in the implementation and launch of the digital workplace solution. The Project Manager also acts as the key point of contact managing the following activities:
- Key milestones and dates
- Project deliverables and tasks
- Project schedule
- Conflict resolution
- Resource allocations
- Statements of work
- Change requests
What is the purpose of the meeting?
The purpose of the Kick-Off Meeting is to review the sales proposal/contracts, implementation process, schedule and confirm timelines, outcomes, responsibilities, and deliverables. The Project Manager is responsible for the entire implementation process.
