Let's get your project rolling
The Plan Stage begins with a Project Kick-Off Meeting. This meeting is generally scheduled two weeks after final contract signing. We ask that you complete and return all information requested in the Prep Kit to help our digital workplace experts prepare for kick-off, and ensure there's alignment with your key goals, objectives, and outcomes for the project.
A Project Manager is assigned to the project and is responsible for scheduling the initial Kick-Off Meeting with all key stakeholders involved in the implementation and launch of the digital workplace. The Project Manager also acts as the key point of contact managing the following activities:
- Key milestones and dates
- Project deliverables and tasks
- Project schedule
- Conflict resolution
- Resource allocations
- Statements of work
- Change requests
What is the purpose of the meeting?
The purpose of the Kick-Off Meeting (45 to 90 minutes) is to review the sales proposal/contracts, implementation process, schedule and confirm timelines, outcomes, responsibilities, and deliverables. The Project Manager is responsible for the entire implementation process.
