Recommending updates and changes to your digital workplace not only depends on the reports but how they relate to your key goals and objectives. No changes should be made without aligning to a KPI.

  • Enhance certain pages (e.g. layout, design, and content).
  • Update content that should be performing better.
  • Improve communication channels that are not getting read.
  • Personalize areas to drive adoption (e.g. adding personal feeds or showcasing content I am following).
  • Update naming conventions and adding labels to content to improve search results.
