Influential Champions will be selected from all areas of the organization. Those selected must be visibly rewarded for their efforts to ensure their status and the importance of the new Digital Workplace is recognized. They must be good communicators, approachable, act as the eyes and ears to the team, and be a cheerleader. Create a Champion Charter or elevator pitch that clearly states the purpose of the new Digital Workplace.
