Saving catered content versus global content (BP)
Knowledge bases (KBs) provide a lot of great information for people to grab which includes documents. It is important to reduce the number of duplicates of this content to ensure everyone is finding the right information, that search is not getting bogged down, and content is up to date. Do not upload the same version of a document (e.g. Security Whitepaper or Technical Architecture) into project, department customer, or deal rooms. Instead, consider the following about catered versus general content to decide if the content should live in a KB or a specific Room, Department, or project areas, and how it should be named accordingly to keep your KBs free of clutter.
