Often my customers are interested in how other customers are building workflows and driving a business behavior. I think this would be a good channel to also include on our community section.
Examples of questions that could be asked there.:
"Our in-house translation team was super excited about the auto-translation capabilities of Igloo. The question we had was if you had clients who had done either of these methods and what their successes were:
a) allowed their non-employee translation professionals to have a license and enter into Igloo to do the quality control checks
b) exported the Igloo translations and sent to the translation firm and then received back corrected translations and copy and pasted back into Igloo."
and other things that have more to do with business processes that build value in the platform
