If you go to the folder channel in your community and go to the document that you want to view, all you have to do is right click on the download button and click on "Copy Link Address". Then you can paste that URL in a new tab. Before you press enter, replace the number at the end of the URL string (attachment=1) with a 0 (attachment=0). Then press enter, and the document should open in the browser.

I read it is possible to have a link that opens the file in your browser's viewer with the following instructions:
If you add "attachment=0" to the download link, it will open a pdf file directly in most browsers.
How do we edit the download link? Pls help ASAP
