As organizations globally transition to remote work and enact their business continuity plans, I want to assure you that you have the full support of the entire team at Igloo. I also want to update you on some key initiatives we are working on to help support our customers, and organizations globally, as they work to improve communications with their employees and keep work moving forward.
Introducing the Communication & Incident Planning Zone solution
For organizations that are not currently using the Igloo Newsroom solution and need an effective way to communicate important updates and information with employees, we are developing a new Communication and Incident Planning Zone solution that can be enabled for existing customers and are making it free to any organization until July 6, 2020. This new solution will be available this week and includes:
Reduced costs for new licenses and flexible payment options for customers
We recognize that many didn’t budget for this situation, so I have authorized new license and flexible payment options to enable our customers to focus on empowering employees, maintain effective communication, and the pace of work without undue budget strain. Please contact you customer success manager for more details.
ICE ‘20 is transitioning to a virtual event
We have made the difficult decision to transition the ICE conference in 2020 to a virtual event. The team is committed to providing a world-class learning, networking and content experience. There will be no cost to register and we will have more information in the coming weeks.
See how companies are leveraging Igloo during the pandemic
We have seen many examples from our customers on how they are leveraging the Igloo platform to communicate and engage with employees, and will be conducting a webinar on Wednesday, March 18 to share best practices. Join this webinar by registering here.
I recognize this is a difficult situation for all of us, but together we can each do our part to navigate, share, and support each other over the coming weeks and months. Thank you for your trust and partnership.
